I'm sure I've talked about our monthly Fikas before. Sanne and I get together with several old and new friends to talk about parenting, spend time together and enjoy great food. This month we had our Fika at a park nearby. Our friend Amanda and her daughter Ella came from Sweden for a visit so they were able to stop by too.

Ali, Linnea, Amanda and I have been close friends for over 12 years and have gone through many things together: working at summer camp together in high school, college at North Park, exchange program in Sweden, all four weddings and now four little girls. Amanda brought each baby/toddler a Pippi shirt . . . so sweet!
I am so thankful to have these wonderful women as friends and to know that Sanne has some pretty fantastic girlfriends already too!

those pics are all too cute! i didn't realize amanda was in town! it would've been fun to see her. i love the pics of you guys and your second generations....and it took me until just NOW to realize you all have little girls! too too cute!and they are all little beauties already too...just like their mamas!
EWWW You are really cute! I would love to come to a "play date" sometime with my two little rugrats (Rachel is 2 1/2 and Natalie is 7 months). I love the picture of you girls from '99. How fun!!!
