Our due date is February 7th and odds are that is the one day that we can safely predict Miss Nordlund will not be born. However, I have to say, February 7th has become a very popular day. Not only is it our due date but it's also the date of Nathan's conferences for his 4th grade class. Nathan has informed the Baker families that the baby may interfere with the scheduled conferences and is trying his best to get ahead of schedule so that if the baby comes early, he'll be "ready".
Yesterday as we opened our mail, Nathan was informed that he has been summoned to attend jury duty. When you ask? Wait for it . . .
February 7th . . 8:30 a.m. . . . downtown Chicago.
We have kindly asked Miss Nordlund to come before this date or a few days after. We shall see how accomodating she really is.

February 7th . . .even though you have a lot going on during that day - I would love to share my b-day with your beautiful baby! But you are right, statistically she won't arrive on that day . . .she'll come when she is good and ready (tired of hearing that yet) We are so excited for you guys!
