We were blessed to be surrounded by wonderful friends on Friday night who showered us with love, support and gifts for our baby to come. It's fantastic to know that this little one will have wonderful couples, marriages and parents to look up to and have as a support system. I am always so thankful for the friends that my parent's have made who have influenced me and supported me and I know that Nathan feels the same. I don't know how Nathan and I have been blessed with such wonderful friends and family but somehow we have and each of these showers is just a reminder of the amazing gifts we have been given.

Our shower was hosted by Cam, Linnea, Ali and Jon. For me, it's incredible to know that these two girls I met . . Linnea in the church nursery at 2, Ali at Covenant Point when we were 15 . . . have become women and mothers who I respect, trust and admire. Can't wait to grow some girls together : )

A reminder too that the journey to create and the journey we are about to embark on as new parents are connected and we are so thankful for the prayers, support and kindness that has been shown to us throughout.

This is one lucky girl . . .
