The early stages of treatment

In Spring 2005 we officially started infertility treatment. Perplexed by the idea that a little pill would tell my ovaries to ovulate. Charting basal temperatures, having timed intercourse, taking a pill with horrible side effects, this had become our conception story. And unfortunately it didn't work. There were many more chapters to come.
