Both Nathan and I have wonderful memories of going to camp. Nathan went to Cascades in Washington and I went to Covenant Point in the U.P. of Michigan. I decided to work at Covenant Point in 1995 and did most summers and Christmas camps until 2000. Camp created a huge part of who I am and how I know God. Many of my close friends today are people I met working at camp. Nathan worked at Covenant Point in 2001. We never did work there together but both have fond memories of it!
While I don't want to make Sanne do too many things just because I enjoyed them when I was a kid, I am pretty sure I will make her try camp. Chuck (the director at Covenant Point) sent us the Covenant Point baby hat and a little note to Sanne. Looks like we might not have to force Sanne to go, she looks pretty excited about it! : )

ok...so Trey is naturally the cutest baby in the world...
...but, Sanne is giving him a run for the money. that smile is amazing!
